Hi, I'm Hayley, I have always worked in the Care Sector. After completing and passing a Health and Social Care qualification at Stamford College I went on the provide residential and nursing care to the elderly in a care home setting,
Cathy Holmes
Hi, I'm Cathy. In 2014 I decided I wanted to change my career path and have a more 'hands on' approach and join the care sector. I joined the Evergreen Care Trust, a local charity that supports elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes as a Home Support Worker.
Kerry Hill
Hi, I'm Kerry. I have always worked in the care industry as I began my career also working in Childcare where I gained my level 2 qualification. In 2013, I started working as a Support Worker for young adults and in the Skills for Work and Living department at Stamford College.
Lauren Bolster
Hi, I'm Lauren. I joined the Options Care team in March 2021 when I came to help out with a dance class! I've worked for many years in childcare where I gained a level 3 qualification and trained as a SENco.
Gemma Cramp
Hi, I'm Gemma, and I'm the newest addition to the Options Care team! I work closely with Kim to help progress the business and work on operations and business admin. I have over 8 years of experience working within FE SEND Education.
